Shelby Valley Senior League heading to Central Regional

There isn’t a shortcut to greatness.

The Shelby Valley Senior League 16-U team has a long road ahead of them as they set to travel to Byron, Michigan to compete in the Central Region and try to earn a spot in the Senior League World Series in Delaware.

The team has had a goal of competing in the Little League World Series since they formed a team seven years ago. The girls on this team have competed, won state tournaments and competed in the Central Region Tournament in years past.

The Shelby Valley Senior League girls are scheduled to leave Sunday morning and travel 570 miles and nine hours to try and earn a spot in the Senior League World Series.
