Free medical clinic ‘real blessing’ for Hazard

Hardburly native Susan Linz, 32, cradles her 3-month-old son, Killian Linz, while waiting to receive free vision care at the Remote Area Medical Free Clinic, stationed at East Perry Elementary School in Hazard last weekend. Susan visited the clinic with her husband, Adam Linz, and her six children. Susan said she and her husband were forced to separate in order to keep their children’s insurance because their combined incomes exceeded the maximum amount required for her family to receive assistance.
